What rates to you charge?

All our rates, including checkin and check out combinations are included here. These rates are for the 2024 Ski Season.

How do I book?

What are your terms and Conditions (including Cancellation Charges)?

Our terms and conditions are listed in this document. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they fully read and understand all terms and conditions.

Can we bring our pets from home on holiday to Snowstay at Heidi's?

Under no circumstances are domestic animals allowed anywhere within the National Park. Breach of this will result in Client's immediate removal from the premises, with no refunds offered on unused accommodation.

Where can we buy food?

There is a large Woolworths supermarket in Jindabyne (about a 20 - 30 minute drive from Smiggins). This supermarket sells everything you could need, including fresh fruit and veggies, meats, frozen goods, canned goods etc. "Click and Collect" is available for your convenience. There is also a great bakery in Jindabyne (Sundance Bakery) - they do great pies, quiches, coffee etc (perfect for eat in or takeaway) along with many other restaurants. There is also an Aldi and Coles located in Cooma.

The Smiggins Pub (across the road from Snowstay at Heidi's) also has meals available, along with places in Perisher should you not feel up to cooking. "The Man" up in Perisher does a great steak!

What do we do if we forget our ski clothes or want some more?

Ski gear (including some clothing items) are available next door to Snowstay at Heidi's from Rhythm Smiggins. There are also retail shops available at Perisher (in the Ski Tube Centre, or in the main centre). There are also some good ski clothing shops located in Jindabyne.

Are there massage services available anywhere?

Wellness Massage is located in Jindabyne, and operate from Rydges Horizons (completely seperate business). Please contact Stephanie on 0409 702 427 directly to make an appointment (please be sure to let her know Rebecca from Snowstay at Heidi's recommend you call). Stephanie may also be able to visit you at Smiggins if required - please discuss this directly with her.
